During the last six years, Girls’s World Banking has supported leaders of monetary service suppliers (FSPs) by our Management & Variety for Innovation Program (LDIP). The LDIP seeks to develop the talents of senior executives and high-potential girls leaders to allow them to efficiently serve low-income girls, whereas charting a path for extra various management inside the establishment.
This report relies on analysis performed by Girls’s World Banking to measure the progress and worth of the strategic enterprise initiatives of LDIP contributors. The analysis addressed the query of what elements led to the success or failure of the initiative to boost girls’s monetary inclusion, and employed each quantitative and qualitative approaches.
